According to the EPA, furniture waste in America is a significant problem, with approximately 9.69 million tons of furniture waste generated in 2018 alone. Unfortunately, much of this discarded furniture ends up in landfills. Estates contribute substantially to this issue, as the time constraints and inefficiencies of current estate sale models often lead to an excess of landfill waste.
We focus on repurposing and recycling items whenever possible, reducing waste and ensuring that fewer valuable resources end up in landfills. By utilizing our offsite sales approach, we have been able to reduce the amount of waste going to landfills by 80% compared to traditional sales.
Our network of local non-profit partners are there to receive and re-home donation items that then go back into our community helping families in crisis. We provide tax deductible receipts to our customers.

We do everything offsite enabling us to get in and out fast. We’re set up to do first contact to taillights in 48 hours.

We bring everything back to our warehouse and list items across our diverse digital sales channels. We target high-affinity buyers, giving us the opportunity to pass that increased value back on to our customers.
Protect Estate Holders: Traditional onsite estate sales come with several risks, including damage to the property from shoppers, personal liability from injuries, and break-ins. Thieves often target onsite estate sales, as they know when and where the sale is taking place, and that the house will be empty the night before the sale. By conducting sales offsite, we mitigate these risks and provide a safer, more secure experience for estate holders.
