This Crocker Highlands home was filled to the rafters with decades worth of furniture, collectibles, art, records, books and more. The listing agent had an amazing vision for the home, but before they could get to work, they needed a partner they could trust to work directly with the seller to get the home cleared.
How We Got it Done:
Our first priority was to spend a few hours with the seller, accompanying them on a tour of the property. We attentively listened to stories about the residence, the furniture, the decor, and the family members who called this place home for so many years.
In these moments, we feel the weight and responsibility of our role as we assist in transferring the home and its possessions to its new owners.
We also understand that there is a need to move quickly so that our partners can proceed with the listing process. On premise estate sales can take months to plan and execute. Those delays can be incredibly costly in a dynamic and competitive real estate market. We take all the time needed to build strong rapport and trust with the seller so when it’s time to take action, we can quickly transition into execution mode.
The Timeline: We completed the removal of all items from the home in 48 hours.
24 hours after we met with the seller, we delivered a comprehensive proposal for their review. The proposal included packing and removal of all contents of the home, auction services, consignment, donation, recycling and disposal services and more.
Upon signature of the agreement, we moved into action. Our team arrived at the home the day the seller moved out and got to work.
We had all contents packed and moved to our warehouse in a single day. The following day was spent prepping the home for the agent’s team to get to work. We removed all window treatments and ensured that nothing was left behind.
